How do I reorder my personal checks?
In the navigation above, click the link that states “Reorder Checks.” You will then be redirected to the Harland Clarke secure website. At this site, you will have the choice of reordering your checks, selecting from a variety of other checks, ordering deposit tickets, and ordering various check accessories. You may also check on the status of an order by clicking on “Order Status” at the top of the page. You must have previously ordered checks from Western Bank to order checks online. Call your local branch Customer Service Representative for more information.

Why can't I login to Internet Banking?
Your password may be locked or expired. For your safety, three failed login attempts will cause your password to be suspended. User names and passwords are case-sensitive so ensure Caps lock isn’t on. You can use the self-service feature of Internet Banking to reset yourself, enabling you to access Internet Banking. Click on the link “Forgot Password” and answer the security questions. If you need further assistance, please visit or call one of our banking locations and a Customer Service Representative will be glad to help you. You might be entering your password or User ID in a form that cannot be recognized. User IDs and passwords are case-sensitive. Please make sure your caps-lock is turned off.
Can I access all of my accounts at once?
Yes! When you log in to Internet Banking, all of your accounts (checking, savings, loans, etc.) will be displayed on the opening page.
Can I place a stop-payment on an item from the website?
Yes, when you login to Online Banking, click on the Customer Service tab at the top of the page. There is a link for Stop Payments. You may enter a new stop payment or view existing stop payments that are related to one of your accounts. You may also call or come by one of our banking locations to initiate a new stop payment or request assistance regarding items related to your accounts.
Can I wire a transfer online?
At this time, the bank does not offer consumer online wire transfers. Please come into the bank to perform this transaction. If you are a business – you can perform wire via our cash management product.
